General Terms & Conditions
Panoramic Myanmar Travel
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made directly with Panoramic Myanmar Travel, a trusted local tour operator in Myanmar. By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Booking & Payment Policy
To confirm any Myanmar tour or travel service, a minimum deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit allows us to secure hotels, transport, flights, cruises, and other travel services, especially during peak travel seasons.
The remaining 70% balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the tour start date. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required immediately. Prices remain subject to change until full payment is received and booking documents are issued.
Payments are accepted via bank transfer, and any bank charges must be covered by the payer.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation fees apply as follows:
90 days or more before departure: USD 150 per person
89–61 days before departure: 25% of total tour cost
60–45 days before departure: 40%
44–30 days before departure: 70%
29 days or less before departure: 100%
Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in automatic cancellation with loss of deposit.
Children Policy
Children under 2 years travel free when sharing with two paying adults
Children aged 2–5: transport costs apply
Children aged 6–10: airfare, meals, and entrance fees apply if requested
Children aged 11–15: extra bed and full child charges apply
Children aged 16 and above are charged as adults
Valid passport identification is required.
Unused Services & Refunds
Panoramic Myanmar Travel does not provide refunds for unused services, including accommodation, meals, sightseeing, or transport. Refunds approved by us will be returned to the original payment method.
Insurance & Liability
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, personal belongings, and luggage. Panoramic Myanmar Travel is not liable for losses, delays, injuries, or events beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, airline decisions, or force majeure situations.
Special Requests & Medical Conditions
Please inform us of any special requests, allergies, disabilities, or medical conditions at the time of booking. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist, we cannot guarantee fulfillment of all requests and reserve the right to modify or cancel services for safety reasons.
Changes & Force Majeure
We may adjust itineraries or services due to supplier changes or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. No compensation applies in cases of force majeure, including weather conditions, strikes, epidemics, or security issues.
